Greetings

I have been to Greenland in 1992 for 11 weeks and in 2005 for 4 weeks. Each time I travelled independently and worked it out myself. Greenland is barely on the tourist map even today and if you want to explore Greenland on a budget it can be done. But there is very limited information out there especially from people who have travelled there. Greenland is perfect for anyone who wants to get out and explore including camping and a lot of hiking.

Greetings.

My trip to the Faroe Islands was for 3 weeks in 2005. A great destination for anyone wanting a trip that is a bit adventurous and extremely close to nature yet in a safe modern country. It is also very small so there are no long distances to deal with and definitely no rat race. It is also the best hitch-hiking I have ever done !
